Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is en route to your address. During peak times and holidays, our processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address issues, our customer support team will send an email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand the frustration of experiencing lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. Once your package has been handed over to our courier partners, it is out of our control. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@arlura.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Steps to Take if Your Package is Lost or Stolen:

  1. Contact the Courier: Reach out to the courier company directly to file a claim for your lost or stolen package. Most courier companies have a claims process and may require additional information from you to complete it.
  2. Notify Arlura: Email us at support@arlura.com with your order details. We will contact the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.

Please Note:

  • Arlura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and such incidents fall outside our refund policy.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered.
  • In some cases, the courier company may locate and deliver the package to you. If the package remains unfound, we recommend filing a police report.
