Arlura Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for eligible items, with the following exceptions:
Items purchased on sale or using a gift card are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order enters the processing stage, we may be unable to accommodate your request. For any orders canceled within the 24-hour period, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.


Damaged Items

We package our products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Damage is considered a defect or a breakage of the product itself, and does not include cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the item. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving it.

To report a damaged item, email us at support@arlura.com with a clear photo of the damage. If deemed eligible, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for damage resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, but we are not responsible for delays outside our control, including those due to the courier, customs, or unforeseen issues during shipping. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Arlura is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of order placement, we cannot offer a resend or refund.


Policy Updates

Arlura reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest policy version before purchasing and using our products. By purchasing and using Arlura products, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.
