We stand behind the quality of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits. However, if after 14 days you are not fully satisfied, you can reach out to us within 90 days of your purchase for a return. Please contact us at support@arlura.com to initiate the process.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order enters the processing stage, we may be unable to accommodate your request. For any orders canceled within the 24-hour period, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.

Our products are designed to deliver real results, and we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may return your items within 90 days under our money-back guarantee. Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We package our products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Damage is considered a defect or a breakage of the product itself, and does not include cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the item. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving it.
To report a damaged item, email us at support@arlura.com with a clear photo of the damage. If deemed eligible, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for damage resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, but we are not responsible for delays outside our control, including those due to the courier, customs, or unforeseen issues during shipping. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Arlura is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of order placement, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
